You can delete the data PodPilot360 holds about you at any time. This page explains how, including data obtained through connected platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
What we store
- Account information (name, email).
- Content you upload (podcast audio or video) and everything we generate from it: transcripts, clips, rendered videos, thumbnails, and metadata.
- Platform connection tokens (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube), encrypted at rest, used only to publish on your behalf.
- Scheduling activity and operational logs.
How to delete your data
- Disconnect a platform. Go to Settings → Connections and choose Disconnect for Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube. This immediately revokes our access and deletes the stored authorization tokens for that platform.
- Delete an episode. Open the episode and choose Delete. This removes the uploaded audio/video, transcript, and all rendered videos and shorts for that episode.
- Delete your entire account. Go to Settings → Profile and delete your account. This removes all of your account data, uploaded and generated media, and all connected-platform tokens.
- Request full deletion by email. Email support@podpilot360.comfrom your account email with the subject “Data deletion request”. We will delete all of your data within 30 days and confirm when it is done.
Instagram and Facebook data
