Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PodPilot360. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

PodPilot360 transcribes podcast audio you upload, generates a longform video and short clips, and schedules and publishes them to platforms you connect (currently YouTube). Features and limits depend on your plan.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Plan changes are prorated. You can change or cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; access continues through the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your content and rights

You retain ownership of the audio and content you upload and the media we generate from it. You represent that you own or have the rights to the content you submit and to publish it to the platforms you connect. You grant PodPilot360 the limited license needed to process, store, render, and publish that content on your behalf.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload or publish content that is illegal, infringing, or violates a platform’s policies.
• Do not use the service to spam, mislead, or artificially inflate metrics.
• Comply with the terms of any platform you connect, including the YouTube Terms of Service.

Third-party platforms

Publishing depends on third-party platforms and their APIs and quotas, which can change or impose limits outside our control. We are not responsible for actions those platforms take regarding your account or content.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PodPilot360 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding three months.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms and will revise the date above when we do. Continued use means you accept the changes.
